Worldwide, World Trade Centers form important meeting places for the business community, knowledge institutions and governments. Since February 1, 2011, the World Trade Center Almere Area has been located in the prestigious WTC Carlton Tower, the highest tower of the imposing new development complex L’Hermitage in the center of Almere. With its’ 120 meters, the WTC Business Center is the international business card for the Gooi, Eemland and Flevoland and literally belongs to the top of the World Trade Centers in the world. In close cooperation with partners, including Euro­commerce/IKN and Compass/Eurest, WTCAA offers a number of services from and within the WTC Business center.

This includes:

• Landing Services: alleviating worries from A to Z for international companies that would like to settle in the region Almere Area (from housing, expat services to decorating a suitable office space, recruitment etc);
• WTC Business Services Center:

   - Meeting and congress rooms on the 2nd and 30th floor
   - Smart Work & Trade Center (flexible work places
     and offices from 1 hour to 1 year)
   - Secretarial services

• Permanent office space;
• Catering and retail facilities:

   - Catering
   - Restaurant
   - Coffee Corner
