Getting situated in a new country can be quite an undertaking to the unfamiliar. “Feeling at home, away from home” is essential for an expat. We believe that creating an ideal work and living environment for expats should be a joint effort by several parties. Therefore, the Expatcenter Amsterdam and the World Trade Center Almere Area have joined forces to organize an event to bring these parties together. The event is intended for both HR managers of international companies and expatriate employees. Service providers and social networks for expats will also be present.

Lisa Lipkin, keynote speaker at the event and an expat herself, will share her stories on the theme of “feeling at home, away from home”. Furthermore the program contains workshops such as the 30% ruling and Modern Migration Policy, combined with more fun and entertaining topics, such as Cultural Awareness or Living a Passionate Life.
